Shaanxi Huashan Engineering Machine Co., Ltd was formerly Shaanxi Huashan Non-ferrous Metals Machine Plant. It is located in Fengcheng 7 Road, Xi??an Economic & Technical Development Zone, and is originally a member of Shaanxi Non-Ferrous Metal Holding Group Ltd. On April 13, 2005, the company was approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of State Council to carry out the policy of debts-to-equity swap converted into shares according to Approval of 5 State-owned Enterprises Swapping State-owned Assets into Equity including the State-owned Qunfeng Machine Plant, etc (Guo Zi Gai Zu[2005], no. 401). On Jul. 14, 2005, legal person business license was issued to the newly established company by Administration of Industry and Commerce of Xi?ˉan Municipality, and a new company was established.

Now the company has more than 1000 staffs, including more than 200 people with various senior or medium-level professional and technical titles. The company has not only high precision processing equipments as numerical control cutting machine, numerical control boring and milling machine, numerical control bender machine, numerical control lathe, numerical control milling machine, etc, and facilities as monitoring, metering facilities and apparatuses, etc. for cold processing and hot processing, such as large-sized hydraulic test stand, oscillation pressure test bench, JGX large-sized toolmaker's microscope, etc, with complete associated infrastructures, but also advanced CAD aid designing method, with complete management system and ability of products designing, producing, selling, service, facility leasing, etc.
